Daily Mindful Journal for Kids
This year, I made it a huge priority to get my kids on board with self-care and mindfulness. For me self-care and mindfulness, is a huge deal, so why not start incorporating it into their lives now? Since we homeschool, I added this into our morning routine, but this can be done anytime and anywhere. Heck if you like it, you can even print it out for yourself!

Our mindful journal is one of our favorite parts of our morning routine. I’ll save our routine for another day, but I will say adding this in, has added some real thought to our morning as well as some giggles. We sit in a circle and answer these questions out loud although sometimes my oldest likes to go off on his own and answer them in his own space. The best part is you can add in other things you like, sometimes while we are in our circle, I’ll ask my kids to compliment each other before we leave our circle time.
